There are plenty of ways to stay active in town. Just across the street from our office, the Estes Dr. Community Center offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, climbing gym, indoor basketball courts, and a fantastic playground for kids.
I鈥檝e personally enjoyed attending SPENGA classes, which combine spin, strength training, and yoga into an energizing 60-minute session. Alexis and I also love Core Power Yoga for its friendly staff and diverse range of class options.

There are some great trails around Chapel Hill. Bolin Creek is a favorite because you can grab a cup of coffee at Caffe Driade before heading out to explore the trails. Merritt's Pasture is another great walk, offering a stunning hill, wooded areas, and a serene creek-side section.
