Start 2018 by joining us in a cozy Sacred Cacao Ceremony, where we'll sip on medical-grade, Shaman-blessed, heart-opening Cacao. The ceremony includes Sound Healing, Meditation, Journaling, and group sharing if desired. Cacao, known as the "Medicine of the Heart," guides us from a tender place in our hearts.
Details: Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill your cup and settle in for the ceremony. Depending on sharing, we can stay until 1:30 pm.
What to Bring: Bring pen and paper to set intentions for today or long-term goals. Feel free to bring an instrument for sound healing or to share words, heart, or a favorite quote. Comfortable seating or a blanket is recommended for relaxation during the session.
This is a time for introspection, restoration, and reflection. Music enhances our meditative vibration. Come together in a safe and healing space, engage as much or little as desired, and just be comfortable. The focus is on personal renewal, growth, and empowerment.
You may also bring a meaningful item for our meditation circle, something you wish to manifest or that holds significance to you.
